the cuppycakes I just made are a 6ish, not bad, but not my best. Noted for next time … oh well. :)

finished making some homemade loaded baked potato soup and gluten free buttermilk biscuits to take over for lunch with my oma today. when i asked if making lunch for us was cool, her reply, “oh yes! i like soup!” awesome! for dessert, homemade red velvet cupcakes…. well ‘greeny blue” cupcakes cause i ran out of red food colouring! :) with yellow puffy buttercream icing. anyone is welcome for lunch!

Made a (not out of a box) batch of red velvet cupcakes today! With a cream cheese frosting (also not out of a tube)!
